Founded in Osaka in 1929, Kushikatsu Daruma has been serving authentic deep-fried skewers for generations. Our Jakarta branch brings the true taste of Osaka kushikatsu to Indonesia.
We follow the traditional Osaka style of preparation, with each skewer carefully hand-breaded and fried to golden perfection. Our signature dipping sauce is made from a secret recipe passed down through generations.
